Are you platform-locked, or genuinely platform-agnostic?

We are platform-fluent. We recommend the platform that best fits your business model — not the one we are most rewarded to recommend. Most of our work is on Shopify and Shopify Plus because most ambitious DTC brands belong there, but we ship serious work on Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Webflow and Volusion every year.

How do you scope and price an engagement?

In fixed-fee phases. Discovery is a paid working session. Strategy, design and engineering each have a fixed price for an agreed scope. Post-launch support is monthly or hour-banked, whichever fits your stack.

What does post-launch support actually include?

Monitoring, bug response, theme and app updates, integration maintenance, A/B testing, performance reviews and a quarterly roadmap session with your account lead.

Do you work with in-house teams or replace them?

Both. We embed alongside in-house product, design and engineering teams; we also run end-to-end for brands without an internal digital function. Either way, we document everything and hand it over cleanly.
